Who We Are
Our organisation was created to make legal support more accessible for people who may struggle to afford traditional legal services. We focus on providing clear guidance, practical assistance, and affordable support so individuals can navigate legal matters with greater confidence.
Our journey started in 2018 with the intention of giving back to the community by helping victims of domestic violence. With the realisation that financial issues were a key hurdle in their pursuit for justice, we set out to offer an alternative to the mainstream legal services in the market. Our key point of difference is our dedication and fees. We pride ourselves in prioritising our client’s needs over fees. Our fixed fee model removes the incentive to upsell additional services and cause unnecessary delays.
Unlike common beliefs, not all victims of domestic violence are eligible for Legal Aid e.g. victims who failed to report earlier violations by the assaulter. Moreover, Legal Aid costs have to be paid back for cases involving proprietary claims or divorce settlements resulting is a potentially huge legal bill.
We offer a comprehensive service which covers all legal affairs related to the case from completing legal forms, court assistance and paperwork submittals.
We go the extra mile for our clients, by providing them counselling, emotional support and complete case management.
We endeavour to reach all those who need justice but simply can’t afford it, we work to remove barriers to legal services.
